New post on BDCWB - how to handle critical reviews

With all the Internet chatter about how authors handle reviews, my latest post on BDCWB tackles the topic, in an article entitled, "Sorry, your baby is ugly." I can't even begin to describe the photo that accompanies this one, but I can only say it fits the title perfectly.
